MODULE 01 — AI EMAIL INBOX
The mailbox that does the admin the mail is asking for.
Most club software gives you a database and leaves the correspondence to you. Membrero starts at the correspondence — because that is where the work actually arrives.
STEP 1
It knows the sender
Mail is matched to the member — or the parent behind two members — with the subscription, balance, bookings and every earlier thread in view.
STEP 2
It reads the intent
Enrolment, cancellation, injury pause, invoice query, trial request, schedule change — classified from the text and the history, not from a keyword rule.
STEP 3
It drafts the reply
In your voice and the member's language, with the real class name, the real price and the real date — because it is reading your data, not guessing.
STEP 4
It proposes the action
Register in a class, issue or confirm a payment, pause a subscription, book a trial, send the QR pass. Approve it and the record changes with the reply.
You stay in control: nothing is ever sent automatically. Every reply is a draft and every action a suggestion — they only go out when you approve them, and anything the AI is unsure about is handed to you with the reason why.

Households and siblings under one billing parent. Trials that convert on schedule. Pauses for injury, exams or maternity. Waivers, medical notes and photo consent stored against the person, not in a drawer.

Recurring direct debit and card with automatic dunning on one side; a pass in the portal, in Apple Wallet or on paper on the other. Scan it on any camera — Membrero checks the subscription, the capacity and the waiver, then writes the attendance.
